Where are you located?

We are located in the northern suburb of Kinross in Perth, Western Australia, with easy access to the Mitchell Freeway and plenty of parking.

How Do I Place An Order?

Orders can be placed online or via email or telephone. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding placing an order.

Payment and Shipping

Payments can be taken through PayPal for online orders. Both cash and credit/debit card payments can be made on pick up and at channeling sessions.

Art pieces can be shipped but prices will vary depending on the size and of course fragility of the object. Please contact me for a quote and I will happily try to accommodate you.

Refunds

All items are handmade and a large portion of materials used are natural, therefore shapes, hues, transparency, opaqueness and even sizes cannot always be guaranteed and may vary in products. This is all part of the uniqueness of these pieces, no two items are ever the same although care is taken to ensure that gemstones etc are as close to each other in characteristic if in the same creation.

Refunds will only be given if the item is genuinely faulty, change of mind or miscommunication on behalf of the buyer is not always a guarantee of a refund or exchange. Please, contact me if there is an issue so that we may resolve the matter immediately.

Your privacy is important to us and as such your details and any other information will never be sold or past onto another party.
